Our Roots

Founded in 2019, Hank & Stella’s is the culmination of a life-long love of ice cream and 20+ years in the restaurant industry. Growing up in Vermont, one of our co-founders parents were friends with a board member of a Vermont based ice cream company which has now gone global. The family’s basement freezer was almost always stocked with a number of different flavors.

Our Custard

Sourced from across the U.S, we spent months searching for and finding some of the best tasting ingredients available to make our custard. Hank & Stella’s makes it locally, at the same location you purchase it; never flash-frozen, trucked, or stored in a warehouse.

Our menu

Cones, Cups, Sundaes, Malts, Concretes, plus our soon-to-be-famous waffle sundaes and sandwiches. Choose from one of our “named” concretes, the Harper and the Meredith seem to be the most requested thus far. Or, create your own with your choices of 18 toppings and seven sauces.

We also make fresh waffles every morning. If you’ve never had your sundae served on a fresh waffle, well let’s just say you are in for a treat. Waffle sandwiches are still in the testing phase but look for them in the near future.
